Who we are

At Heart ReWorks, we are a collaborative, multidisciplinary team of highly certified cardiac physiologists, policy advisors, educators, and researchers, on a mission to rework healthcare with heart, science, and purpose.

Our name reflects our philosophy: to Revive, Research, Reframe, and Restore the systems and practices that shape human health. Founded at the intersection of clinical cardiology, health systems research, and policy innovation, Heart ReWorks exists to bridge the gap between frontline experience and high-level reform.

We are united by a single belief: that progress in healthcare must serve both the patient and the professional. Our roots are in cardiac diagnostics and therapies but our reach extends far beyond direct healthcare.

We bring together decades of combined experience across the NHS, the independent sector, academia, large-scale research and advocacy. Our work has spun the secondary, tertiary and independent healthcare sectors, having managed multidisciplinary teams and far-reaching projects, and contributed to education and lecturing that shapes the next generation of healthcare professionals.

This breadth of experience gives us a rare dual perspective: we understand what patients value and what providers need to deliver. We know the pressures within the system, the challenges at the point of care, and the policy decisions that ripple outward to affect them all.

Heart ReWorks stands for healthcare that is intelligent, inclusive, and human-centred; where science guides decisions, empathy anchors action, and integrity drives reform. We are not simply observers of the system; we are part of it.

And our mission is clear: to restore balance, inspire innovation, and help healthcare work once again.
